W: And the purpose of this division?
H: Elementary, dear friend. The group that does not have the

periodically for currently undetected cardiovascular risk factors.
W: Aha! And the group that has this diagnosis is the group to be
monitored!
H: Precisely! Screening for the first group. Monitoring for the
